An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on September 22, 2025 and completed on September 22, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 2:30 PM and ended at 3:50 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were three children present and one caregivers; the point total was 6. The inspector reviewed three children?s records and three caregiver/household member(s) records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
