Plan of Correction: Fire evacuation drill completed and documented 11/17/2025. Monthly evacuation drills will now be completed within the first 10 days of each month and recorded in the Emergency Preparedness Binder. Two shelter-in-place drills per year scheduled: 1/15/2026 and 7/15/2026. Reminder system implemented to ensure ongoing compliance.
