All caregivers shall have within 90 days from subsidy vendor approval, current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care. Caregiver #2, who was present during the inspection and providing care to children, did not have certification in CPR. CPR certification for Caregiver #2 was overdue by two months.
Plan of Correction: Certification training will be scheduled.
