Inspector Notes

An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated on 06/09/2025 and completed on 06/09/2025. The on-site inspection began at 01:05pm and ended at 03:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews with the owner.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Each building that was built before 2015 and that houses a child day program that is licensed pursuant to this chapter that serves preschool-age children shall be equipped with at least one carbon monoxide detector.
