Inspector Notes
An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated on 07/14/25 and completed on 07/15/25. The on-site inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 11:15am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. Many, but not all, standards were reviewed. Standards related to supervision and programming could not be observed. Two staff records were reviewed on-site. Additional documentation was reviewed electronically on 07/16/25. The inspection included document review including policies and procedures, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
