A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 4/23/25. The inspection started at 10:00am and ended at 11:35am.There were no children in care however there was child that lives in the home present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 1. The inspector reviewed no children?s records and 2 caregiver/household member(s) records while on-site and electronically on 4/15/25. The inspection included document review, tour of the home and interview. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
