(Repeat Violation) Areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, shall be maintained in a safe and condition. Tall wooden cubbies in the school-age classroom were not secured, posing a tipping hazard.
Plan of Correction: The cubbies had been recently added to the room. The director will ensure they are each secured to the wall.
