An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on July 28, 2025, as a part of the conditional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 8:30am and ended at 9:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 21 children present and three staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children?s records and six staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
