An announced, on-site Initial inspection was initiated on 05/14/2025 and completed on 05/14/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:55AM and ended at 11:05AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 3 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 10. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and caregiver/household member records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
