Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) completed on 5/20/2025. The inspection started at 1:00pm and concluded at 1:55pm. There were no children present and 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed no children?s records and 2 caregiver/household members records on-site.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

In areas used by children of preschool age or younger, electrical outlets shall have protective covers that are of a size that cannot be swallowed by children.

Area to be used by children of preschool age and younger did not have protective covers on electrical outlets.
Plan of Correction: Vendor will purchase and install protective outlet covers on unused outlets in area used for childcare.
