Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on 7/8/2025, as a part of the conditional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:20 AM and ended at 11:30 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 73 children present and 29 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
