Inspector Notes

An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated on July 11, 2025 and completed on July 8, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:20am and ended at 12:20pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. The inspector reviewed 7 staff records on-site. No children are enrolled at this time. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 7/21/2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. Multiple classrooms had bottles of hand sanitizer with the ?keep out of reach of children? label and plastic bags unlocked and accessible to children.
Plan of Correction: Center director moved the items out of the cupboard and moved them to a locked cabinet while during the inspection.

All plastic bags are put away in locked cabinet. All staff will be trained on hazardous substances and know where the correct locations within the center and classrooms will be.
