Staff #6 did their fingerprints 06/25/25, it didn?t come back. When we inquired, we were told it might take some time. We then rescheduled them and took them again 07/30/25.

The infant room had an unlocked cabinet with disinfectant spray. The preschool had two large buckets in the children?s bathroom and the school age room had cans of paint on the floor. All items were unlocked, accessible to children and had the label ?keep out of reach of children.?
