Inspector Notes
An announced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on April 3, 2026 as a part of a modification request to increase capacity and modify age ranges at the program. The on-site inspection began at 7:50 a.m. and ended at 8:55 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children in care as it was Spring Break. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and measurements.
