An unannounced, on-site inspection was initiated on September 12, 2025 completed on September 12, 2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on September 12, 2025 relating Physical Plant, Staff and Supervision; and Special Care Provisions and Emergencies. The inspector reviewed one children?s record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
