Inspector Notes

An announced, on-site initial inspection was conducted on 6/18/25 from 10:00 am to 11:15 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no daycare children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 0. The inspector reviewed 1 caregiver's record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the family day home, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The family day home did not have a complete written emergency preparedness and response plan (EPP).
A complete plan with evacuation and shelter in place procedures were not included in the EPP. The family day home EPP only included the reunification plan.
Plan of Correction: The EPP will be completed and a copy will be submitted to the licensing inspector.
