An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was conducted on 12/4/25 from 9:50 am to 10:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There was 1 child present (2 points total) and 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed 1child?s records and 1 caregiver's record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
