This program initially applied as short term program but an application for a child day center was received on 05/23/25, this is reflected in the closing date of this inspection. The on-site inspection began at 1:00 pm and ended at 2:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 0 children present and 1 staff.
