Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. Multiple bottles of cleaning solutions with warning labels, ?Keep out of reach of children,? were unlocked in the cabinet under the sink in the children's bathroom, within reach of children.
Plan of Correction: Chemicals were removed to a locked area.

Soiled diapers shall be disposed of in a system that is either foot-operated or used in such a way that neither the staff member's hand nor the soiled diaper touches the exterior surface of the disposal system. Soiled diapers were disposed of in a swivel top trashcan in the bathroom.
Plan of Correction: The swivel top trashcan was replaced with a foot-operated disposal system. Staff will be reminded that they are to use the foot-operated system for diapers.
