An unannounced inspection was initiated on 10/28/2025 and completed on 11/14/2025 with a local agency in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/27/2025 relating to allegations of behavioral guidance.The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
