Inspector Notes
An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated on 07/31/25 and completed on 07/31/25. The on-site inspection began at 9:30am and ended at 11:15am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. Many, but not all, standards were reviewed. Standards related to supervision and programming could not be observed because there were no children in care. Documentation related to program director qualifications, background checks, and officer's background checks were reviewed electronically. The inspection included document review including policies and procedures, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1The out-of-state sex offender registry search and the out-of-state child abuse and neglect registry search in the record of Staff #1 were requested 26 days after the staff started employment.
