Inspector Notes

An announced, on-site inspection was initiated on 7/23/25 and completed on the same day, as a part of licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:15 and ended at 11:15. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present. The provider will open her home for care on 8/1/25. She is planning on operating a Montessori school at the location from 8:30 to 2:00.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
