An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated on and completed on 8/6/2025, as a part of the conditional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10am and ended at 11:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were not any children present. The owner/program director was present. The inspector did not review any children?s records and one staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interview, and measurements.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
