The required ratio for children ages 16 months up to 24 months is one staff per five children. Since the youngest child is 13 months, they must maintain the 1 staff to 4 children ratio.
On February 5, 2026 the toddler classroom was found to be out of ratio. Staff #1 was supervising 5 children, the youngest age 13 months at 8:15am, then 6 children by 8:20 am and 7 children until staff #2 arrived in the classroom at 8:30 am.
