The record of staff #3, employed for two months and 23 days, contained documentation the central registry check was requested six days after employment. A completed central registry check has been received.

Each staff member and individual from an independent contractor shall submit documentation of a negative tuberculosis screening at the time of employment and prior to coming into contact with children. The documentation shall have been completed within the last 30 calendar days of the date of employment and be signed by a physician, physician designee, or an official of the local health department. The record of staff #3, contained a tuberculosis screening dated six days after employment.
Plan of Correction: Per administration: Staff #3 was hired prior to RAS implementing procedures to ensure a tuberculosis screening is completed prior to the employee's first day of employment.
