An announced, on-site initial inspection was conducted on inspection was initiated on August 28, 2025 and completed on August 28, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 AM and ended at 11:50 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present and two staff. The inspector reviewed three staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and measurements.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
