Each staff member shall submit documentation of a negative tuberculosis screening (TB) at the time of employment and prior to coming into contact with the children.
1. The record for staff #5, employed for seven days, did not have documentation of a TB screening.
2. The record for staff #7, did not have documentation within 30 days of the date of employment. Staff #7 had a documented TB screening 48 days prior to hire.
