An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated and completed on August 14, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10am and ended at 11:15am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 staff records electronically on August 9, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and measurements. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
