Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on December 4, 2025, as a part of the conditional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 11:15am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 5 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and measurements. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
