During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.
Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 1/21/26 and completed on 1/22/26, as a part of an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The Department requested that the provider complete an IPOC as a result of the last inspection related to (Background Checks, Administration, Staff Qualifications and Training, Staffing and Supervision, Programs, and Special Services). The on-site inspection began at 2:25 p.m. and ended at 4:05 p.m. on 1/21/26. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 21 children present and two staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records on-site. Three staff records were reviewed electronically on 1/22/26. This inspection included document review (i.e. daily schedule, menu, license, previous inspection, attendance records, injury reports, and emergency drill logs), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
