Inspector Notes
An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated on 07/30/25 and completed on 07/30/25. The on-site inspection began at 9:00am and ended at 9:50am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. Many, but not all, standards were reviewed. Standards related to supervision and programming could not be observed because there were no children in care. Documentation related to program director qualifications, background checks, and officer's background checks were reviewed electronically. The inspection included document review including policies and procedures, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
