During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 01/21/26 and completed on 01/23/26, as a part of an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The Department requested that the provider complete an IPOC as a result of the last inspection related to administration. The on-site inspection began at 2:50pm and ended at 4:10pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 17 children present and two staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records on-site and two staff records electronically on 01/23/26. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
