The home shall be kept free from rodents and insect infestation.
The provider stated that there were mice in the house, and that it happens during the winter. Observed mouse droppings and mouse urine stains in the following areas:
1) in the laundry room, next to the washing machine.
2) in the bathroom, around a hole next to the base of the sink which appeared to be where they were coming and going.
3) in the upstairs pantry, along the floor

Plan of Correction: I would like to inform the pest control ser have already been scheduled to address the issues for the past year and this situation appears to be related to the recent extreme cold. The home has been controlled by professional pest control.
