An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated and completed on 09/18/2025, The on-site inspection began at 1:00pm and ended at 3:45pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were zero children present and one staff. The inspector reviewed zero children?s records and three staff records on-site.

This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and measurements.

The first aid kits are required to have specific items. The first aid kit did not contain at least two triangular bandages.
Plan of Correction: I will buy the triangular bandages and add them to the first aid kit.
