Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 3/26/26 as a part of the conditional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:45am and ended at 12:05pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 18 children present and six staff. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and one new staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
