Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was completed on September 18, 2025. The inspection started at 2:48 PM and concluded at 5:03 PM. There were 60 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed eight children?s records and seven staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
