The emergency evacuation procedures shall be practiced monthly with all caregivers and children in care during all shifts that children are in care. There was no documentation of a drill conducted in January.
Plan of Correction: Conducted evacuation drill with children on Wednesday 02/25/2026 and documented on Emergency drill plan on parent board. Discussed plan and reason for drill with parent and child.

Temperatures shall be maintained at or below 40?F in refrigerator compartments and at or below 0?F in the freezer compartments. The thermometer showed freezer was at 10 degrees and the refrigerator was 43 degrees.
