An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated on 08/13/2025 and completed on 08/13/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 AM and ended at 11:15 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 4 children present and 2 caregivers. The inspector reviewed paperwork to be used once the license is approved. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
