Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site focused 60-day inspection was initiated and completed on 02/03/2026, as a part of the conditional licensure period.
The on-site inspection began at 11:00 am and ended at 1:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above.
There were 54 children present and 12 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, and tour of the facility.

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI, and this single inspection report reflects findings related to licensing standards and subsidy standards.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
