Inspector Notes
An announced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on February 5, 2026, and completed on February 5, 2026. The on-site inspection began at 10:20 am and ended at 11:00 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present and one caregiver. The inspector reviewed two caregiver/household member(s) records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
An Initial subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the monitoring inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in voluntary registration standards were reviewed during this SHSI.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
