Areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, shall be maintained in a clean and safe condition. The countertops at the sinks in both the boys and girls bathrooms had peeling and chipped paint.
Plan of Correction: The Director will notify the building owner to have the sinks stripped of the peeling paint and either left or repainted.

The first aid kit must include all required items. The center's first aid kit did not have 2 triangular bandages.
Plan of Correction: Two triangular bandages and a weather band radio will be purchased and added to the center's first aid kit and emergency supplies.
