Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials, insecticides, and pesticides shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.

Sanitizing spray was located in unlocked cabinets in two of the rooms. The bathroom in one of the classrooms had a mop with a liquid cleaner canister attached to it. These areas were accessible to children in care during this inspection.
Plan of Correction: Center will ensure all chemicals are locked.

A battery operated radio is required at the center.

The center did not have a battery operated radio on site.
