An announced, on-site initial monitoring inspection was initiated on September 4, 2025 and completed on September 4, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:10 a.m. and ended at 11:05 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. No children were present during the inspection. The board officer background checks were reviewed electronically.
