Inspector Notes
An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated on January 12, 2026 and completed on January 16, 2026. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 a.m. and ended at 12:30 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. . There were no children present as the program is not yet operating.Two staff records were reviewed. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interview and measurements.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
