Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. A bottle of stain remover with warning labels, ?Keep out of reach of children,? was unlocked in the cabinet under the sink in the front bathroom.
Plan of Correction: Stain remover was removed immediately.

Centers shall have a posted daily schedule that shows opportunities for outdoor time, sleep/rest, meals/snacks and small/large motor activities. The daily schedule was not posted in the center.
