An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/30/2025 as a part of the conditional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:42 am and ended at 12:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 4 children present and 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 8 staff records on-site.
