Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was conducted on 12/9/25 from 10:40 am to 11:30 am, as a part of the conditional licensure period. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 32 children present and 7 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
