A first aid kit is required to contain minimum supplies. The first aid kit did not contain at least two triangular bandages.
Plan of Correction: I will order triangular bandages for the first aid kit.. This was an oversight on my part.
Standard 8VAC20-800-770
A working battery-operated flashlight, a working portable battery-operated weather band radio, and extra batteries shall be kept in a designated area and be available to caregivers at all times. A battery-operated weather band radio was not available during the inspection.
Plan of Correction: A battery operated weather radio has already been ordered. It did not arrive in time for the initial inspection.
Standard 8VAC20-800-940-B
The provider shall have an operable thermometer available to monitor refrigerator and freezer compartment temperatures. An operable thermometer to monitor the refrigerator and freezer was not available during the inspection.
Plan of Correction: I will order a thermometer for the refrigerator. This was an oversight on my part.
