An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated on and completed on 12/22/2025. The on-site inspection began at 1:00pm and ended at 3:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were zero children present and one staff. The inspector reviewed zero children?s records, and two staff records on site.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
