An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 2/20/2026 and completed on 2/20/2026 as part of the conditional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:50am and ended at 11:10 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children currently enrolled.
This inspection included tour of the facility, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
